Description
Anthony Ambler has a BA Dual honours degree in Business and French from the University of Sheffield in England. He joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car – one of the brands under the Enterprise Mobility group – as part of its Management Training Program in the North of England in 2006. Over the past 17 years, he has experienced various promotions within the operational teams in the United Kingdom before assuming the role of Operations Director for the North and East of France in 2013. In 2022, he took on the role of Operations Director for the Île-de-France region, specifically focusing on Paris and its complex infrastructure, where he oversees operations at major airports, train stations, and within the city. Appointed as Commercial Director of Enterprise Mobility France since September 2023, Anthony Ambler works closely with partners, businesses, and public sector entities to assist them with their mobility needs, thereby "moving the world forward, one journey at a time," as emphasized by the group's new identity, recognized today as one of the leading providers of mobility solutions, including car rental services in France and worldwide. Passionate about global issues and the pivotal period for mobility represented by this new era, Anthony Ambler is also deeply committed to topics such as inclusion, equal opportunities, and diversity in the workplace, leading internal initiatives on these issues within Enterprise Mobility France, as he did during his tenure in the UK. Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of 2.3 million vehicles through an integrated global network of nearly 9,500 rental locations and airport branches in over 90 countries and territories.
