Caroline Van Reterghem
Fifteen
Impact & public affairs director
Description
Caroline is an environmentalist and she chose cycling for combat. She started as marketing manager for the WHO’S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE fashion shows, then quickly switched to raise awareness about air quality by developing WAIR anti-pollution scarves. As an entrepreneur, she has won numerous awards and been able to work with associations such as RESPIRE. It was then at SMOOVE, which became FIFTEEN, that she continued her journey to contribute to the decarbonization of cities and transport. Arrived as Marketing & Communication Director, she is now in charge of Sustainable Development and Public Affairs. Her role is to make FIFTEEN the mobility role model in terms of CSR and to push its three challenges: decarbonizing cities, improving health through active mobility and offering access to mobility to as many people as possible through inclusive both socially and geographically bike share schemes. This implies defending a model of subsidized bike services, deployed by cities, as public transport in their own rights. Caroline is convinced that companies, through their organization and the values they carry, have the power to change the world. She chose FIFTEEN to be the most exemplary.
