Description
Christelle Coslin advises global companies on a wide range of cross-border and mass tort litigation. She helps businesses from the Automotive and Mobility, Energy, Life Sciences, and Technology sectors with their commercial and product liability disputes. She is perfectly matched to help navigate the changing legal landscape in France, in particular in the context of the rise of class actions and the increased civil and criminal liability risks for companies.
Christelle is familiar with the latest litigation trends in Europe, e.g. in relation to supply chain issues or cybersecurity risks. She regularly advises companies on innovative topics and new regulations, notably in the context of growing AI regulation and governance. She also closely follows European developments on products law which may impact the way manufacturers will be held liable in the future vis-Ă -vis innovative products such as autonomous vehicles.
