Since June 2020, Géraldine Mezzalira has been supporting Watèa by Michelin's development in its strategic and operational construction, with the guiding principle of providing sustainable and concrete solutions today. Her career path, built around the production and distribution of energy in the industrial sector for almost 19 years (in particular as head of the Michelin Group's Construction and Energy department), has been enriched by experience in change management (for 4 years in the Michelin Group's personnel department). Today, Géraldine works with a highly committed team to build and drive change on a daily basis, looking for new opportunities to adapt in the face of climate and social emergencies.
